Larose Forest trail reports
There is not quite enough snow to groom yet. For those of you who feel daring and want to use the trails as is, we recommend staying on the western trails. Expect possible driving traffic and truck tracks on Concession 11, as it is still hunting season and the snow…
There is a horse event at Larose Forest Oct 13 and 14. They are using many of our winter trails as well as others throughout the forest, so please use other trails for your training this weekend.
Note from Nick: We are currently logging off the eastern portion of the 10-11 trail. Work should be completed in two weeks.

Eastern trails are groomed with the 10th conc to get to the south entrance of gun club. 10-11 and the deep ravine are also done. We will fix moose for the week end but its not usable right now. – Nick
Despite warm conditions and sticky snow, I was able to groom western trails today. I did not groom the big gully cause I thought I might get stuck… Conditions are pretty good but there are some ruts from a sled that ran yesterday that I wasn’t able to erase everywhere. Enjoy! – Steve
