Mush Larose – Annual General Meeting and BBQ 

Sunday, September 6, 2020 – 12 noon

Another season is over, and already another one to plan for, with adjustments for COVID-19. Please come out and elect next year’s executive and let them know where you want the club to go. We will not have any games this year, but we can still have a BBQ. The Merkley family will do all the food handling with masks on, so it will be less hazardous than takeout. We will have burgers, sausages, drinks and chips. Please do not bring any potluck items to keep the COVID risk minimal. Please bring your own chair. We will be seated in our family groups at a minimum of 6 ft. Please bring a mask in case there is some reason you need to be closer than 6 ft.

There is a detailed agenda attached (see email). Please feel free to propose additional topics that are of special interest to you. If you are uncomfortable attending in person, please review the detailed agenda and send your concerns/comments to Dana (President@MushLarose.ca), so she can read them at the meeting for discussion. Please feel free to nominate yourself or others for the executive roles. We also need event organizers for the Race4Rescue and Dryland #2 or they will not happen this season, so please consider volunteering for this so these events can continue.
