From Jenny-Lee: Just a note that we had a encounter in Tower Loop with someone walking with 2 loose dogs. One dog was named Shelby from what i heard her say. My guys went on by but had to stop as one of her dogs lunged at my young one and got scared. So we had to wait for her to come grab that one dog. She had 1 black and 1 tan coloured dogs. I think this person knew she wasn’t supposed to be there as she was hurrying up to get out the trail.
