SUMMARY:Annual General Meeting and BBQ
DESCRIPTION:Monday\, 2 September 2024 (Labour Day)\, at noon\nSue Giles’ backyard\, 3383 Elizabeth St.\, Osgoode\, ON \n  \nWe will have our usual BBQ of burgers\, sausages\, drinks and chips: free for members\, $5 for a guest. Potluck items are welcomed\, but not required. Please bring your own chair. \nExecutive meeting minutes are attached. Which is basically a detailed agenda for the AGM. Highlights: \n\nReview this year’s financials: 23/24 surplus (donations\, and very low grooming expenses due to lack of snow)\nTrails and signage\nPossible Fatjor (fat bikejor) winter trail time and race class\nTraining days: additional mentors required\nElections: Nominations are welcome! In particular we need new Head of Trail Maintenance; and organizers for Dryland #2and Race 4 Rescue\nTentative event schedule (see Exec minutes)\n\nFeel free to propose additional topics that are of special interest to you. If you are unable to attend in person\, or you are not comfortable speaking\, send your concerns/comments to Jeff (President@MushLarose.ca). He will read them at the meeting for discussion. \nCome out and elect next year’s executive\, and let them know where you want the club to go.
