This is a fun day for the township to showcase winter forest activities for local residents. Including tire sledding, fat bike demos, cross country ski and snowshoeing, sleigh rides and of course dog sled rides. For full details click here.
The club has been asked to give sled rides for charity (for children only age 6-14) and it is a great way for the community to meet us and our dogs! Please let us know if you are available to help out. We all had a lot of fun the last few years and have raised quite a bit of money for charity, so let’s keep the community excited about the forest trails!
Please RSVP at FrostWoodSiberians@gmail.com We need to organize arrival and departure times to make best use of available teams and parking space.
P.S. If you want to run for fun, please do not use the P1 parking area on this day, as space is limited, and their are horse drawn sleigh rides on some of our trails. You could consider parking at the gun club, off Drouin Rd south of Cheney, and running on Gun Club and Tower Loop.
